Why is there an approval step?
Because this is a pilot, not a signup wall. We personally stand up and onboard every instance, so we take on communities at the pace we can serve them properly.
When exactly am I charged?
Only once your instance is live and verified. If we're not a fit, your request is declined and the subscription is canceled before any invoice exists.
Do you touch our money?
No. BELONG charges one flat subscription. There are no ticket fees and no take rate; we never sit between you and your community's money.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Your instance runs on its own database under your own domain, with nightly encrypted backups that we verify by actually restoring them.
What if we outgrow the pilot?
Founding communities shape what BELONG becomes. As the product grows past the pilot, we'll work out long-term pricing with you directly, before anything changes.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We provision everything, integrations connect through a guided flow with live tests, and the assistant turns pasted lists and emails into structured records.
